This course introduces the use of raster image editing through. Adobe Photoshop for their project. Students will start with import and edit photographs, scanned images or other collected images from the internet, then learn basic techniques of digital image acquisition and manipulation.
Vector Graphic
This course introduces the use of vector graphic editing through Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw for their studio project. Students will start with import photographs, scanned images or other collected images from the internet then learn basic techniques of tracing, drawing and composing 2d vector graphic composition
Optionally, the students will be encouraged to manage mix media presentation including printing, pencil, ink and water colouring.
the course introduces and exercises students to both computer aided design 2D and 3D as tools to represent idea, that expected to be applied during their architectural design studio 3 (Stupa 3). the course divided into 2 seasons. the first season focuses on application of 2d graphic software for 2D composition. and the next season focuses on the application of 3d modelling software to develop 3D architectural design composition.
